Eslamuddin “Marij” Ahmadzai is an Afghan writer, poet, journalist, media founder, social reformer, and civic leader. For several decades, he has contributed to journalism, education, literature, humanitarian work, leadership development, and the promotion of Afghan unity.
Through his work across Asia and Europe, he has established numerous institutions dedicated to education, cultural dialogue, humanitarian cooperation, and professional development.
Today, he continues to lead several international initiatives under Bakhtar International Academy and Bakhtar International Foundation, working toward sustainable development, education, innovation, and national reconstruction for Afghanistan.

Early Education
Completed early education in Kabul, Nangarhar, and Takhar, graduating from Naderia High School.
Higher Education
Received a government scholarship through Kabul Polytechnic University to pursue higher education in the former Soviet Union.
Master’s Degree
Completed advanced academic studies in Radio Journalism in Moscow and Ukraine, specializing in journalism, broadcasting, and media communications.
